Plant Yo’ Seed

Absolute Beginner Workshop (75 min) Pre-Registration Required. Ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. Learn fundamentals and what yoga is all about. Ask questions and leave feeling fully prepared to step into your first class with confidence.          

 

Root Basics (All Levels)

(60 min) This class is geared towards newer yoga students or those looking to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of yoga.  You will be guided through posture alignment, modifications and breath work. 

 

Root Flow (All Levels)  

R1 (60 min) Rootdown All Levels Flow is a Vinyasa (flow) class geared toward the beginner, done in a non heated room.  This fundamental and dynamic class will help you build strength, increase flexibility and move with your breath.  All levels welcome.

 

Root Heated Flow

R2 (60 min) Ready to take it to the next level?  Rootdown Heated Flow class is a challenging yet meditative heated vinyasa class. Build strength and flexibility as you delve deeper into your practice. You will learn more advanced postures as well as enjoy a moving meditation as you flow seamlessly between postures.  Expect to move, sweat, breathe, strengthen, and leave feeling transformed!  Not recommended for beginners.

 

ROot POwer Flow (Non-HEAted)

R2 (60 min) Ready to take it to the next level with OUT the heat? Rootdown Power Flow is a challenging yet meditative non-heated vinyasa class. Build strength and flexibility as you delve deeper into your practice. You will learn more advanced postures as well as enjoy a moving meditation as you flow seamlessly between postures. Expect to move, breathe, strengthen, and leave feeling transformed! Not recommended for beginners.

 

Experienced Power (warm)

R3 (60 min) The instructor will guide you through a vigorous flow and provide the opportunity to explore arm balances, inversions and back bends.  This class is geared towards the experienced practitioner. (Room heated to 80 degrees.)

Root Restore (All Levels)

RR (60 min) This is a slow paced, restorative class that focuses on gently stretching and healing the body through a series of supported postures.  All levels welcome.

 

Yin (All Levels)

(60 min) Yin Yoga is a passive practice where poses are held on average 3-5 minutes.  These longer holds allow you to move deeper within the layers of the body.  As we soften the muscles we use mindful stress to target the connective tissues (tendons, fascia, ligaments and bones).  Yin Yoga aims to increase circulation in the joints, improve mobility and release energy blockages. All levels welcome.

 

Slow Flow (All Levels)

(60 min) This class allows us to physically and mentally slow down.  Longer holds allows us time to find correct alignment, while focusing on uniting with the breath.  This class will leave you feeling balanced and grounded in the present.  All levels welcome.

 

Aroma Flow (All Levels)

(60 min) This class combines vinyasa flow yoga with the addition of CPTG essential oils to enhance your connection to the mind, body and breath.  Different essential oils will be used each week to compliment the postures being guided.  All levels welcome.

 

Fun Funky Friday Flow (All levels)

(60 min) TGIF!  Unwind from your week, get on your mat and out of your head with a Fun Funky Friday Flow to a spunky playlist!  All levels welcome.
