We offer high-energy, heated and music filled Power Vinyasa (flow) Yoga classes. A style of yoga that is accessible to everyone regardless of age, ability or experience and led by Muskegon’s top certified instructors.  Every class holds a transformative experience for you, a challenge or deep relaxation. 

Our juices, smoothies and salads are made with organic, local and fresh high quality ingredients. Making for a healthy grab and go lunch option or after class treat. At Rootdown we believe the best way to make life more enjoyable is to live a healthy lifestyle. So, how you gonna kick it?

Rootdown is the original yoga studio and juice bar, providing fitness and nutrition in one location. We’ve created a vibrant environment for our yoga students and juice bar customers to connect as a community and improve their health; helping you rebuild balance and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We’re also committed to building friendships, community and long-lasting alliances.
