Cutting back out meat consumption and eating a plant-based/vegetarian diet 3 days before will help prepare your body for the juice cleanse. Cutting back on grains, processed foods, and junk food will bring more optimal results.
Steamed vegetables, salads, soups, smoothies are recommended food choices when preparing for your fast.
Increase your water consumption days before your cleanse. Water with lemon juice is ideal.
Cutting out alcohol is also recommended.
It is recommended to cut caffeine entirely during your cleansing process but if that is not possible yerba mate is a caffeinated green tea that can be used to replace coffee before and after your cleanse. Yerba Mate can be purchased at the Health Hutt.
Be gentle on your mind and body during this process. A lot of people find fasting can bring up emotional release as well as soreness in muscles. Do you research to understand this is apart of the process. Take time to breathe and relax. Rest is essential in cleansing.
Start off your morning with a glass of water with lemon juice. Continue to stay hydrated all day long. If possible, drinking around a gallon of water is ideal. Adding ¼ tsp organic Celtic or Himalayan salt to your water is also beneficial!
Refrain from doing any straining activities during your juice fast. Refrain from hot yoga and heavy exercise.
It is recommended to break your juice fast by eating light meals for 3 days after.

Proper Storage: Raw juice and food is extremely perishable and must be stored under 40 degrees Fahrenheit at all times. Use coolers and ice packs when traveling or if you won't be home or able to refrigerate your juice right away.

1 Help Me Rhonda juice: Orange, apple, lemon, ginger, carrot, with added turmeric root
1 Golden Hour juice: Carrot, Grapefruit, Golden Beet, Orang, Pineapple, Turmeric
1 tea bag of Rishi Tea. Bring water to Turmeric Ginger Rishi tea contains organic ginger root, turmeric root, licorice root, lemongrass, orange peel, lemon peel, essential orange oil.a boil and steep tea for 4-5 minutes.
1 16oz cup of Lively Up Kombucha Jammin’ Ginger: black tea, hibiscus flowers, cold pressed ginger juice
