Rootdown is the original yoga studio and juice bar, providing fitness and nutrition in one location. We’ve created a vibrant environment for our yoga students and juice bar customers to connect as a community and improve their health; helping you rebuild balance and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We’re also committed to building friendships, community and long-lasting alliances.

Rootdown thrives on fostering health and joy by concentrating on offering wellness education, customer service and creating a harmonious community. We’ve intentionally created a vibrant space designed to bring many types of people together who hold one value in common — health.
